Thank you for choosing to purchase artwork from Danielle Jane Art. Our aim is to offer you artwork of the highest quality, paired with a warm and reliable service. In the event that you encounter any issues with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy outlined below.

 

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

 

We accept returns and provide refunds under the following circumstances only:

  • Damaged during transit: If your print arrives damaged due to mishandling during delivery, we will gladly offer a replacement or issue a refund.

  • Faulty product: If your print has significant defects or flaws that occurred before shipping, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund.

Time-frame for Returns and Refunds

 

Damaged during transit: Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Photographic evidence of the damage is required so we can assess the issue.

 

Faulty product: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You may be asked to provide photos of the defect.

Non-Returnable Items

 

Please note, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:

 

  • Change of mind: If you decide you no longer want the artwork.

  • Accidental damage: If the print is damaged after delivery due to mishandling.

  • Unauthorised modifications: If the print has been altered, modified, or tampered with.

  • Original works: Refunds are not available on original artworks.

Refund Process

 

Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days.

 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
